Privacy โ GDPR โ General Data Protection Regulation n. 679/2016
This page is intended to inform users of this site about how to manage it with regard to the Processing of their Personal Data, as prescribed by art. 13 and 14 of European Regulation no. 679/2016 โ General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy also fully respects and complies with Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of Personal Data, gathered in the Group established by art. 29 of Directive 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of Personal Data online and, in particular, the methods, timing and nature of the information that Data Controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purposes of the visit. By consulting this site, Data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. It is specified that the consensus mechanisms will be obvious, brief and easily understandable; if the original conditions for which consent has been requested are modified, for example if the purpose of the Data Processing changes, further consent will be required pursuant to European Regulation no. 679/2016. It is also specified that all consents collected will be subject to documentation kept separate from any other company document.

Types of Data Collected

Processing Methods

The processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logics strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, categories of persons in charge of the organization of the site (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) may have access to the Data, also appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Data Controller. The updated list of Data Processors may be requested at any time from the Data Controller.

The Data are processed for the time necessary to carry out the service requested by the User or required by the purposes described in this document and the User can always request the interruption of the Processing or the deletion of the Data by contacting the Data Controller.
Purpose of the Processing of the Data collected
The Personal Data provided by Users who submit requests for information material (requests for information, etc.) are used in order to perform the service or provision requested and are communicated to third parties only if this is necessary for this purpose. The User's Data will be processed with IT/telematic tools to provide the following services:

The use of the User's Data will be made in a manner suitable to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the same. We also inform you that the Data you provide will not be transmitted or disclosed to third parties, private or public, except in aggregate and anonymous form or in the event of a decision by the Judicial Authority, except in the cases listed in the points above and subject to consent.

Defence in court
The User's Personal Data may be used for the defence by the Data Controller in court or in the preparatory phases for its possible establishment, from abuses in the use of the same or related services by the User. The User declares to be aware that the Data Controller may be required to disclose the Data at the request of public authorities.

Exercise of rights by Users
The subjects to whom the Personal Data refer have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same from the Data Controller, to know its content and origin, to verify its accuracy or to request its integration, cancellation, updating, rectification, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of Personal Data processed in violation of the law, as well as to object in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their Processing. Requests should be addressed to the Data Controller.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time by giving notice to Users on this page. In the event of non-acceptance of the changes made to this Privacy Policy, the User is required to cease using this Application and may request the Data Controller to remove his/her Personal Data. Unless otherwise specified, the previous Privacy Policy will continue to apply to Personal Data collected up to that point.
